Abstract Submission

Abstracts for BDS2024 must be submitted via the Abstract submission form. Emailed abstracts will not be considered.

Please format your text following the style of the template and rename the file to 1stNAME_SURNAME_absBDS2024. Abstracts are limited to one page and should be prepared using the template provided. 

In the Abstract template, the presenting author’s name should be underlined and the corresponding author must be identified with an asterisk.

Authors are encouraged to prepare figures in colour.

The abstract should be converted to PDF format and only the PDF file can be submitted.

BDS2024 Oral Abstract Selection

The BDS2024 Scientific Committee will review all submitted oral abstracts. Notification regarding the final evaluation status of your contributions will be sent to the presenting author via email by May 31, 2024.

Please note that although the presenting author can state his/her preferred type of presentation and topic, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign them to oral or poster presentations and to a different topic section.

In order for the program to be finalized in time, the presenting authors must register by June 8, 2024 at the latest in order to benefit from early bird rate.
