Gala dinner: Thursday September 5^th, 20h. The organisation only guarantees bus transport to the gala dinner venue for participants who confirm their attendance by 7 June.

Social Events (registrations up to 7 June)

1 st September Guided visit to the Gulbenkian Museum (10 minutes' walk from the conference venue), starting at 1.30 pm and 4:00 pm, 90min long (limited to a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 participants); direct payment to the tour guide (28€)

1^st September 6:00 pm Hippo trip 90 min tour see departure place and description here; 30 € (if you want a receipt please ask)

2^nd September 9:00 am Guided tour to the Old Town starting in  Restauradores  (famous “pastel de nata” and “ginjinha” included); direct payment to the tour guide (25€)
