Social Events 

1st September (registrations up to 31 July)

- 1 st September Guided visit to the Gulbenkian Museum (10 minutes' walk from the conference venue), starting at 1.30 pm and 4:00 pm, 90min long (limited to a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 participants); direct payment to the tour guide (28€). Meeting 10 minutes prior to the visit in the museum main entrance

- 1^st September 6:00 pm Hippo trip  (registrations up to 7 June)

2nd September (registrations up to 31 July)

- 2^nd September 9:00 am Guided tour to the Old Town starting in  Restauradores  (famous “pastel de nata” and “ginjinha” included); direct payment to the tour guide (25€).

Welcome Drink: Monday, September 2nd, from 18-20h

Gala dinner: Thursday September 5th, 20h. The organisation only guarantees bus transport to the gala dinner venue for participants who confirm their attendance by 7 June.
