ISPPP Flash Presentation Award

Congratulations to Dr. Arménio Barbosa for winning the Flash Presentation Award from ISPPP 2021 with his work on "Molecular modeling on the discovery of synthetic affinity-adsorbents"! Prof. Cecília Roque also took part in the symposium with the talk "Affinity magnetic precipitation for antibody purification".

Welcome to the team, José!

We would like to welcome our most recent group member, José Dinis!

Today Cátia Soares successfully defended her Master thesis entitled "Production and Characterization of stimuli-responsive Marine Proteins". Congratulations Catia we wish you all the best!

New Instruct-ERIC Research Site in Portugal

Portugal has submitted an application to an Instruct call to constitute Research Sites in those country members that do not yet have an Instruct Centre.

It is my great pleasure to announce that this application was recently approved by the Executive Committee and will have two nodes, one in FT-ICR in Structural Mass Spectrometry coordinated by Carlos Cordeiro, Faculdade de Ciências, Universidade de Lisboa and the other at ITQB NOVA coordinated by Margarida Archer, Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
