Congratulations to Filipa Trovão for successfully defending her PhD thesis in the Biochemistry Doctoral Program at NOVA School of Science and Technology.
Her thesis entitled "Translating the human-microbiome molecular cross-talk using glycan microarray and structural biology strategies" was supervised by Angelina Sá Palma, from the GlycoLab, Ana Luísa Carvalho, from XTAL, and Yan Liu, from the Glycosciences Laboratory at Imperial College London.

It was a day full of emotions, science and fruitful discussions.
