Evaldo Costa has a master’s degree in Business Management from Getulio
Vargas Foundation (2001). He was a guest researcher at the University of
California, UC Davis, Institute of Transportation Studies, Plug-in Hybrid
and Electric Vehicles (PHEV) Research Centre. Currently he does a combined
PhD at the NOVA University of Lisbon and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel on
Climate Change and Sustainable Development. His expertise is in the field
of sustainable mobility, and electric vehicles in particular.
