Our manuscript, "On the progression of COVID-19 in Portugal: A comparative analysis of active cases using non-linear regression" was just accepted for publication in Frontiers in Public Health (Section: Infectious Diseases - Surveillance, Prevention and Treatment.

This collaborative effort between UCIBIO, ITQB and BioIsi, wuth SeaTox on the lead, placed our knowledge on bioinformatics and biostatistics to the service of researcher on COVID-19. The work compares the evolution of the pandemic in Portugal by means of statistical modelling, with emphasis on lockdown/post-lockdown scenarios.
