Dr. Alexander Gerner, Head of Thematic Line on "Philosophy of Human Technology" of the Science Philosophy Centre of Universidade de Lisboa - CFCUL, will present a key-note on Philosophy of cognitive enhancement as a philosophy of human technology: deliberations on attention enhancements in children for policy and political advice
