Shrinking Cancer Research Barriers: Crafting Accessible Tumor-on-Chip

A simple yet reproducible method for developing ToC devices under 10 minutes, using thermo-sensitive polystyrene sheets – “Shrinky-dinks”. The process only involves pattern engraving, layer bonding and heat-shrink to the final size. This device supports the growth of cancer cells in 2D and 3D conformations and subsequent gene silencing experiments with comparable rates to plate-based systems - PAPER
