A simple method for developing ToC devices in under 10 minutes, using thermo-sensitive polystyrene sheets – “Shrinky-dinks”. The process only involves pattern engraving, layer bonding, and heat shrink to the final size. This device supports the growth of cancer cells in 2D and 3D conformations and subsequent gene silencing experiments with comparable rates to plate-based systems - PAPER
