 Rami Goldratt 

Rami Goldratt currently is the CEO of Goldratt Group, the leading organization in TOC (Theory of  Constraints) implementations. Over the years, Rami has been involved in consulting engagements with retail, engineering, automotive, consumer goods, textile, chemical, and service industries all around the world.

Also considered one of the most influential leaders of the TOC body of knowledge, and he is highly regarded for developing TOC applications to Sales and Marketing. His ground-breaking implementations in this area have become the standard of TOC in sales.

He was also among the pioneers in developing and implementing TOC applications for the education system - guiding hundreds of teachers around the world in applying the TOC Thinking Processes for children's education 


 Leonardo del Guerra (Embraer)

Leonardo Del Guerra, PMP, Jonah is graduated in Aeronautical and Space Engineering and postgraduate in Strategic Business Management, with 24 years of experience in the Brazilian aeronautics industry, having worked in several management processes, such as Strategic Plan, Portfolio Management, Program Management, Engineering, Innovation, and Technology Projects.

Specialist in Project Management in Industry, he worked on structuring the implementation of different PM methodologies (Earned Value Management, Critical Chain (application of the Theory of Constraints to projects), Agile methods, among others. His current focus is on the challenges of Multi project environments and dealings of its uncertainties, making it possible to meet the promised deadlines, optimizing the use of resources and improving business results.

  Diego Pacheco

Diego Pacheco holds a Ph.D. in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul with a sandwich period at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an Academic Master's Degree in Production and Systems Engineering and also a Bachelor of Production Engineering from the University of Rio dos Sinos Valley.

Has experience in professional practice and as a consultant in Operations Management Integrating Theory of Constraints, Lean and Six Sigma. He holds a degree in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green and Black Belt from the American Society of Quality (ASQ).

He also accumulates experience as head of the Department of Graduation of the Production Engineering, Industrial Production Management and Mechanical Engineering Courses and of undergraduate and postgraduate professor. It has over 170 published articles in his expertise areas.

  Rui Dias (Amorim & Irmãos)

Rui Dias is a NOVA FCT PhD Student in Industrial Engineering integrating Theory of Constraints, Lean and Six Sigma (TLS), holding a Degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Master Business Administration (from Coimbra's University) and several Pos-graduations courses in Industrial Management (from Aveiro  University), Quality Engineering (From ISQ) and  Environmental Management and Audit in Industrial Enterprises and also in Quality Management and Food Safety (both From Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde-Sul; Egas Moniz), having teaching experience in the Degree Nutrition and Food Engineering and also in the Graduation course of Quality Management and Food Safety in Egas Moniz- Cooperativa de Ensino Superior, C.R.L. 
 
He has also professional experience in several Companies (Diversey, Coca-Cola, Refrige and more recently Amorim & Irmãos (since 2006) having several professional experiences as Factory Manager, Quality and Environmental Manager Director, Project Manager, Technical Director, Industrial manager and more recently as Operation Manager.


 Miguel Teles (Sport Zone)

Miguel Teles is an experienced Supply Chain professional, with a demonstrated history of building "fully aligned to business strategy" Supply Chains.

With an Industrial Engineering background and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School, he has been managing change through Supply Chain and IT projects, for more than 20 years in different companies and industries across the world.

After 5 years of building competitive advantage at Parfois, through a truly global and highly efficient Supply Chain, he has been appointed Head of Supply Chain at Sport Zone where, for the last 7 years, he has brought innovative approaches such as Theory of Constraints to retail and RFID tagging at the product level.

In early 2019 he became Country Manager for Sport Zone in Portugal with responsibility for the entire operation.
