 Alexandra Tenera

Alexandra Tenera is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at the NOVA School of Science and Technology and a UNIDEMI integrated researcher. She holds Doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering- Management Systems from FCT NOVA (2006) on Critical Chain Project Management, which was successfully tested in Portugal in a construction Project.

Her Theory of Constraint (TOC) walkthrough started with her PhD research work and remains till today. Her TOC current research has been extended to Integrated Continuous Improvement Management Systems, best known as TLS (TOC, Lean Six Sigma), focused to boost organizational results. More recently, a complementary TOC line of research is being pursued on Collaborative Management networks, for industry and services.

She supervised more than 50 master dissertations several including TOC implementations in manufacturing as well as in project management and she is currently supervising 3 PhDs in Industrial Engineering candidates, two of them in TOC. 



 Aureo Villagra

Aureo Villagra has a degree in Electronic Engineering (PUC/RS, 1984) and an MBA (Univ. Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, 1992). He is the CEO of Goldratt Consulting Brasil & Global partner at Goldratt Consulting, responsible for all South America and Portugal operations. 

Previously he was Director of "Instituto de Estudos Empresariais" a brasilian business leaders organization commited to advocating and preserving the market economy and free-entreprise values. He was president of "Sociedade Brasileira de Gestão do Conhecimento - south chapter", a forum to aggregate professionals and organizations engaged in management knowledge difusion.

He is an invited Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, and at FIA-USP and UERJ in project management. He is resident guest on radio "Joven Pan - Foco em Gestão Empresarial" program. He is member of Professional Pricing Society an international association dedicated to pricing management, training and education.

He is Chairman and Member of the Board of several Brazilian companies. He is an International expert and speaker on TOC (Theory Of Constraints), with a large implementation experience of TOC projects in companies worldwide.


 Mathias Fischer

Mathias Fischer is a consultant and associate of Goldratt Consulting, with a Industrial Engineering degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR, 2008). He has been with Goldratt Consulting  since 2011 and today is the head of Goldratt School for Brazil, head of Goldratt Circle and consultant in several projects. Previously he has worked for Taylors of Curitiba, a TOC consulting company, for 3,5 years as well as 1 year as a business owner for a .COM. 

In these years of experience, he developed experience in teaching in construction environment, maintenance overhaul, software, IT, hospitals, airspace, financial, oil industry, plastic injection, car manufacturer, fashion and retail.

Mathias Fischer is certified by the TOCICO (Theory of Constraints Certification Organization, 2012), has Lean Certification (2009), was a guest speaker at the 2014 TOCICO conference for retail Christmas flow.


 Luís Cristóvão

Luis Cristóvão has a degree in Chemical Engineering (IST, 1986) an MBA  (NOVA SBE, 1992) and a MSc in Business Administration, (NOVA SBE, 1999) with a thesis in “Securitization of Credit”. He is certified by TOCICO (Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization), UK 2012

He has extensive industrial experience, more than 30 years in; Automotive (OEM manufacturing, 7 years) on R&D, processes and quality as a manager; Food Industry as Quality Director (15 years) and Operations Director (10 years) responsible for all Industrial Operations (Logistics/Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Environment, Maintenance, Production, Purchasing).

He works as consultant in industrial and service companies since 2007 in ToC and TLS (ToC, Lean, Sixsigma), since 2017 as an independent consultant and joined Goldratt Consulting in  2018 as an associate. He has been teaching TOC since 2006 at Instituto Politécnico Leiria and Instituto Superior Técnico, in SixSigma Black Belt and LeanSixSigma Black Belt courses. He has designed and create with CLT Services the unique online MBA course on TOC in Portugal since 2016.

Luís Cristóvão is co-author of ToC papers published  internationally, and co-author/author of eight books on TOC topics; Decision Making / Operations / Projects /Distribution, including an adaptation of The Goal (in 30 pages) Eli Goldratt’s TOC Best Seller.


  Sérgio Lopes

Sérgio Lopes is an expert on sales organization and strategy, with a wide experience on international business development. He has a degree in Agronomic Engineering (ISA/UTL, 1981) a MSc on Sustainable Agricultural Practices (U.Évora, 1983), attended several executive courses both in Portugal (PAGE FCEE/UCP, 1996) and abroad (Euroforum, A C Nielsen, Development Systems, Atlanta Consulting Group, Tracy Int'l).

He was a researcher at FAO/PNUD and started an international career in Sweden, at Polargarden Gronsaks AB before joining Unilever/JM as product manager (1984-1987) and Key Account Manager (1987-1990).  He became Managing Director at Grupo Ibérico Alimentario (1991-1992), Partner at Northern Enterprises (1991-1993), Comercial Director deputy at Sovena (1993-1998), Partner at Aromac and Sonaz Brasil (1998-2004), Export Director, as consultant at Dan Cake Portugal (2001-2008), CEO at Danesita Hungaria Édesipari KFT (2004-2006) and Partner at Sociedade Nacional de Azeites (2009-2012).

Since 2012 works as consultant in Management, Commercial and Export Organization & Development, assisting clients like Boadas, De la Vega, CDR, Frutas Martinho, Dianba, Supermercados Pão de Açucar, Makro, Probar.

He joined Goldratt Consulting in 2014 as Engaging Director assisting Sonae/Sportzone, Carrefour, Alcampo, Sumol+Compal, Equipar/Amorim, ToysR´Us Ibérica among other companies.
