In order to locate your registration, it is requested to send a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail to congressos@novaidfct.pt

Please also note that bank charges for the transfer are the sole responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the fees.

^(a) Last minute registration is possible but the conference dinner is subject to availability.

^(b) Students are required to send a valid document to prove their full-time student status to Alexandra Santos (congressos@novaidfct.pt). Does not include the conference tour.

The registration fee includes the following:

- Access to full programme;

- Coffe Breaks and lunches July 29 and 30.

- Welcome reception (July 29)

- Conference dinner (July 30)

- Tour (July 31)

Cancelation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be send by email to paca@fct.unl.pt.

For cancellations received before 25^th May 2022, a full refund minus an administrative charge of €50 will be granted.

After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

No‐shows will not receive a refund.
