Sugestions

Communication with the customer is a fundamental procedure for continuous improvement of the service. As such, the applicant may use the Satisfaction Survey or email contact of Laboratório de Análises - laboratoriodeanalises@fct.unl.pt to make suggestions, or any relevant comments related to the service.

All suggestions are assessed and treated as a priority by the Laboratório de Análises. When possible and applicable, the contacts will be answered.
