The main objective of INVISIBLE is to develop transparent electronic circuits based on TFTs, using unconventional and radically new electro active oxide semiconductor thin films. These new devices combine the visible transparency of the oxide materials and the electrical properties of semiconductors. The inorganic nature of these metal oxide materials result in environmentally stable and long lifetime devices, using existing and novel room temperature deposition techniques.
