Bonsai workflows for microfluidics

Bonsai is an open source software that uses a visual programing language to perform a several number of operations from different kinds of inputs. It works as a network where each node can interact with severall others. The developed workflows can be complemented with custom coding in programming languanges such as C#, Python, etc. It is freely availlable for download here.

Here, we will make availlable the workflows we have used to characterise convetional microfluidic droplets in terms of velocity, size and generation frequency.
