Last week we attended the Designer Biology 21 virtual conference organized by European  Federation of Biotechnology. Prof. Cecília Roque presented a talk about "Gelatine ionogels and hybrid gels for artificial olfaction", and Dr.Margarida Dias regarding "Protopeptide the basic unit of Reflectins: solvent modulation to promote different peptide self-assembly and materials properties". Also, Iana Lychko presented the poster about "Optimized production and characterization of stimuli-responsive marine proteins".
