The environment and its consequences on human health were discussed on October 14th, 2019, at the NOVAsaúde 2nd International Conference dedicated to the theme "Respiratory Disease and Environmental Health". 

The event gathered specialists from the different NOVA schools and Josep Antó from Universitat Pompeu Fabra as key-note speaker. Cecilia Roque was invited speaker and presented the “Artificial Olfaction in non-invasive diagnostics”, showing the importance of develping accurater and faster tools in detecting diseases, as it might be the case of the e-nose from #SCENT_project.
