The AddTech project is a collaboration between CATIM, CICS.NOVA and FCT NOVA to support the empirical study for the PhD research of Nuno Carvalho Araújo. It is a project on technology assessment of additive manufacturing in the metal sector in Portugal. It runs at the Observatory of Technology Assessment of CICS.NOVA

Project PRISMA RRI

Projeto AddTech

Trata-se de um projeto de colaboração entre o CATIM, o OAT do CICS.NOVA e a FCT NOVA, para apoio às atividades de investigação empírica no âmbito da tese de doutoramento de Nuno Araújo. Decorre no Observatório de Avaliação de Tecnologia.

A tese tem a orientação de António B. Moniz (DCSA, FCT NOVA) e fazem parte ainda da Comissão de Acompanhamento de Tese, José Barata (DEE, FCT NOVA), Nuno Boavida (CICS.NOVA e FCSH NOVA) e Bettina-Johanna Krings (ITAS-KIT).

No próximo dia 27 de fevereiro terá lugar nas instalações do CATIM em Lisboa (Estrada do Paço do Lumiar, 22 - Campus do Lumiar, Edifício Q), a Sessão de Lançamento do Projeto InovKnow3D.

O Projeto InovKnow3D visa transferir conhecimento científico e tecnológico associado à tecnologia de Manufatura Aditiva, fomentando a incorporação da mesma no processo produtivo da indústria.

New people arrived in the team

Fábio, Sara, Iana and Margarida are the four new colleagues that joined the team in February 2019. They all know quite well the lab since they have been part of the team before as master or PhD students. We are very happy to welcome them again and looking forward to this new professional challenge together.

We hope to have many news about their achievements in the near future but meantime we also want to share their plans in the new positions and to know more about who they are.
