The Macromolecular Crystallography (XTAL) group is hiring a PhD holder at NOVA School of Science and Technology (Lisbon, Portugal) to work on an FCT funded project AASENS "Deciphering Arsenic and Antimony Detoxification Enzymes for Biosensor Application" (https://sites.fct.unl.pt/aasens/).
The work will be carried out at the XTAL Lab (https://sites.fct.unl.pt/xtal) and involves international collaborators (Arwen Pearson (Hamburg Univ.); Joanne Santini (UCL, London); Barbara Schoepp-Cothenet(CNRS, Marseille)).
The project includes protein expression and purification, biophysical characterization, crystallization and structural analysis. It will also include stays at SR labs for TR-SSX experiments. Full details and position description at
