Alejandro Enfedaque Díaz

Alejandro Enfedaque obtained his diploma in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain) in 2004 and performed his doctoral studies at the same university obtaining his PhD (cum laude) in 2009. He has developed his academic career in the at the School of Civil Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid currently being Associate Professor in the Construction and Building Materials Chair. He was appointed Head of Studies in 2016 and has been in the position since that date. His research interests dwell in the field of fibre reinforced concrete (FRC), textile reinforced concrete (TRC), durability and sustainability of Building Materials and testing and simulation of the mechanical properties of construction materials being involved in several international and national research projects.
