Conference language
The official language of the Conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Platform presentations
Oral presentations should be 15 minutes long (plus 5 minutes for discussion).
The Conference counts with facilities for computerized projection. Therefore, authors should submit their presentation, on a pen, to the technical assistant 30 minutes before the beginning of their session. In order to ensure compatibility, authors are kindly asked to prepare their contributions in Microsoft Word Power Point. We would prefer to use our computers, to avoid the disruption of switching between talks.
Poster instructions
Posters should have a maximum size of 120 cm in height and 85 cm in width.
Each poster is assigned for a specific poster session, according to the final schedule. Authors are requested to be next to their posters during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled.
