Catarina Custódio recently graduated with an Integrated Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT), having developed a thesis on the scope of the project SmartDecisions@crisis. In the last few years, she has been developing her knowledge of continuous improvement and efficient supply chains, with a particular concern over the environmental impacts of different processes and industries, as she seeks to make an impact by increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the industry sector.
