Who are we?

The Digital & Smart Healthcare Laboratory (DiSHC Lab) was created to tackle the challenges of digitalization in the healthcare sector by developing innovative solutions. We believe that science and digital health can help healthcare professionals work better and communicate better with their users. Together we work to make healthcare facilities innovative environments in the provision of healthcare and in the context of Global Health. 

What do we do?

To this end, it is based on interdisciplinary cooperation and scientific exchange of members, working closely with service providers, industry representatives, policymakers and other research partners to facilitate research, innovation and technology transfer. We work in 5 main areas:

Who do we do it with?

It has six international and national projects and supports 3 doctoral theses and 5 master's theses in industrial and biomedical engineering.
