A Python Macro for KLayout for the automation of design of Self-Aligned TFTs

Values for 3 variables (e.g. L, W, and SD/Gate electrode spacing), can be chosen, and the macro will create a GDS2 layout containing Self-Aligned TFTs with all combinations and properly labeled.
