KLayout Macro for mapping coordinates in a sample

A Klayout Macro that creates, across a desired area, an array of positioning marks for mapping the position on a sample. Coordinates can be identified in the sample across a fixed step, and substeps are identified by a coding using small identifiers.

This is used for to produce samples in which if nanostructures are spread on, their position can be accuretly triangulated from nearby marks.

These marks are compatible with autoalingment functions in MLA tools
