Ricardo Gomes
MSc in Biomedical Engineering
Ricardo Gomes has a Master in Biomedical Engineering at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT-UNL). His master thesis was entitled "Long-term biosignals visualization and processing", and his work focused the need create new tools which can handle large amounts of biomedical data. He is a researcher at the Physics department of the FCT-UNL in collaboration with PLUX Wireless Biosignals. His research goals are:
- biosignals manipulation, collaborative signal analysis and processing;
- development of embedded systems for health monitoring;
