I believe that the Masters in Bioorganic Chemistry is a very comprehensive program, and it covers a wide range of fields both in fundamental and applied chemistry. By choosing this program, I was given knowledge in Organic Synthesis, Medicinal Chemistry, Structural and Computational Chemistry or Supramolecular/Photochemistry, among others. On the other hand, the courses in this Masters program also have a strong practical component, providing the opportunity to learn about new techniques for laboratory work.
After completing the Masters in Bioorganic Chemistry, I developed the interest to work in scientific research and I’m currently working towards my PhD degree in Chemistry, with a project that combines Organic Synthesis and Photochemistry, in the same instituition.
