Note: The copy in paper for the examiner (if applicable) should be handled by the supervisor/student.

After submitting the thesis, and if the dissertation had a positive opinion to proceed for discussion, the oral assessment will be booked.

Final Version

If the thesis is no-confidential:

You have 30 days (after the oral assessment) to submit the final version  of your thesis (PDF file) through CLIP (please check here how to do it (in Portuguese only)).

If the examiner suggests changes during the oral assessment, these should be incorporated in the dissertation before the submission in CLIP. Please note that this final version must be validated by your supervisor.

If the thesis is confidential:

You have 30 days (after the oral assessment) to deliver the thesis in a pen, on the Documentation and Culture Division (DDC) - div.dc.dissertacoes@fct.unl.pt.
