This past 30th of September, MARlab was present at European Researchers' Night 2022 (Noite Europeia dos Investigadores - NEI), at the Natural History Museum, in Lisbon, representing MARE - Marine and Environmental Research Centre and NOVA School of Science and Technology.

Our team members Carla Silva and Andreia Guilherme showed everyone how and why we do our research on microplastics pollution, with an interactive hands-on activity called "Microplastics: where do they come from and what are they?"
