VISA:
Delegates and eventually their guests requiring a visa for entry in Portugal are advised to make their application in their home country in advance before the date of travel. Please contact immediately your nearest Portuguese Embassy or Consulate for more information about the documents needed and the time required for the visa delivery. Please indicate to us if the documents should be mailed, sent by fax or e-mailed and all the necessary details. If you are not flying directly to Portugal, please note that you may need a transit visa for some countries in order to continue your travel. Countries that do not require a special visa for interconnections are the Schengen countries. Travelling on a Schengen Visa means that the visa holder can travel to any (or all) member countries using one single visa, thus avoiding the hassle and expense of obtaining individual visas for each country. This is particularly beneficial for persons who wish to visit several European countries on the same trip. For more information, please visit www.schengenvisa.cc.

INSURANCE:
The Organising Committee does not accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Conference and book your travel. The insurance should be purchased in your country of origin.
